    In my opinion, all food is worth sharing. Meals are better when enjoyed with good company. That said - I love an antipasti, a meal of tapas, or a mezze platter any day of the week. You can please nearly every palate with the mix of offerings - or just get to have many yummy tastes instead of a singular one.     A weekend of "re"s. Rejuvenate This was a purposeful long weekend for me, as I took Friday off from work to spend the day with two of my girlfriends. We spoiled ourselves and spent the day at the Ocean House to ring in K's "thirty-sexy", which is what she has taken to calling her 36th birthday.     Chez Rebecca Anne - recipes for the week (April 3, 2017)

    Each week, typically on Sunday, I cook for the week ahead. I do it for two reasons: (1) cooking a meal for one always leaves leftovers, so why not embrace leftovers? ; and (2) having a meal that needs only reheating or assembling already prepared allows me to be sure I am eating healthy during the work week.
